Technical Engineer
Support our team with your technical skills
As OEM partner for our Chinese and international customers we produce complex welding and assembly solutions. Your tasks:
-
Support the purchasing department & help creating a great supplier portfolio
Find new suppliers, place requests for quotation and talk to the suppliers. Review drawings and modify according to the suppliers needs, for example add information about standards (DIN/EN/ISO) or translate English texts.

Support the sales team & be a great communication talent
Have a look at new inquiries and recommend, if the inquiry is complete and fits to our product range. Talk with customers about technical details, if the sales team asks for support. Support the intercultural relation with the German headquarter.

Contribute to the production engineering
Use our ERP and create new products and bills of material. Select right products according to MIT standards. Prepare work plans and manufacturing drawings and suggest working times for material preparation, welding and assembly. Define BOM structures in collaboration with the workshop to plan a smooth manufacturing process. Suggest "make-or-buy" decisions to enhance profits. Re-calculate finished products and suggest optimisations.
What we expect from you:
-
knowledge about metal productse especially turning/milling parts, laser parts, metal sheet treatment, welding parts,
-
very experienced with technical drawings, including technical descriptions for turning, milling, welding and surfaces,
-
good knowledge about standards (DIN, EN, ISO, AISI),
-
very good English skills oral and written, German is an advantage,
-
Knowledge of ERP usage is an advantage,
-
knowledge of Food&Pharma markets is an advantage,
-

Metal Worker
Support our team with your talents
Our welding department manufactures high-quality products under German Quality supervision. As OEM partner for our Chinese and International customers we have a huge variaty of different components, so you can expect versatile work. Your tasks in detail:
-
Cut raw material with a band saw or with plasma cutting devices,
-
prepare raw material for welding, for example bevel, grind, make holes,
-
rework welded parts, grind seams and surfaces according to the drawings,
-
polish parts according to drawing,
-
help the welding and assembly departments, if help is needed,
-
use ERP to track work times and get your work order information.
What we expect from you:

Long-year experience with the treatment of metal products,
-
expericence with cutting, beveling, manual turning&milling, grinding and polishing,
-
experience with products of Food&Pharma industries is an advantage,
-
passion to work autonomous, flexible and versatile,

Sales Representative / Sales Assistant
Support our team with your passion for our customers and products
We constantly increase our sales in the Chinese Markets for further company growth. If you are interested to work with Chinese and International customers with production sites in China and you love the B2B business with long-term relationships, you are welcome to join our team. Your tasks:

You are responsible for all communication with our customers, you receive the new inquiries and you follow-up quotations, orders and contracts.

You constantly search for new companies in China that meet our target industries and products. You manage your work with opportunities in the ERP system.

You accompagnie the General Manager on business trips and assist him with appointments and travel organisation all over China.
-
You attend fairs, congresses and network meetings in China, mainly Shanghai, Beijing and Wuhan.

You visit customers throughout China on your own.
-
You welcome customers in our company and take care of them during the stay.

Welders
Support our Team with your talents
As a fast growing company with focus on high-quality welding products, we constantly enhance our welding department with new employees as well as new equipment and machines. If you are an experienced welder (TIG, MIG/MAG) and you want to work in an international company with high quality standards, send us your application. Your tasks:

Prepare materials for welding,
-
weld steel and stainless steel according to drawing: manual weld on 3D welding tables and use automated circular welding and automated longitudinal welding machines,
-
focus on welding seam quality: use forming gas inside pipes and valves, create a continous welding root, pay attention to annealing colours,
-
support the metal workers with all kinds of metal treatment (pre- and after-treatment of welding components),
-
do assemblies for welding components,
-
use ERP to track work times and get your work order information.
What we expect from you:

Experience in TIG and MIG/MAG welding,

experience with pipes and valves is an advantage,
-
welder certificates for steel and stainless steel TIG/MIG/MAG are an advantage,
-
expericence with cutting, beveling, manual turning&milling, grinding and polishing is an advantage,
